Why HearingLife (formerly Family Audiology)

Located in Endwell, NY, HearingLife (formerly Family Audiology) is the Southern Tier's choice for addressing and treating hearing loss. Our hearing care professionals, Kristi Leniek and Jaime Giblin have academic and clinical training which provides the foundation for patient management from birth through adulthood. We assess each patient appropriately and offer patients treatment of hearing problems by combining a complete history with the assessment of a variety of specialized auditory observations. Based on what we discover, we will present a variety of treatment options as part of a comprehensive rehabilitative treatment program. This may include dispensing and fitting hearing aids, performing additional hearing assessments, referring patients for medical treatment with an ENT (an Ear Nose and Throat specialist physician), and/or providing hearing rehabilitation services.

The professional environment at HearingLife (formerly Family Audiology) is designed to make the patient comfortable. If your hearing loss will benefit from a hearing aid, you will be shown everything you need to know about hearing aids. You and your loved ones will get explanations throughout the process, which will help you understand. If you are unsure whether or not you need a hearing aid, you will receive the help you need to be comfortable with your decision.
